Multiboxing Macros

To make life easier when multiboxing WoW you should always make use of some very helpful macros. Below are some of the more basic multiboxing macros that i'm sure you will find helpful.

Group Invite:

/invite character1
/invite character2
/invite character3
/invite character4

You would put this on your main character and use it to easily invite all your additional characters to your group.

All in one Accept Inv/Ress/Trade Macro:

/script AcceptGroup();
/script AcceptQuest();
/script AcceptTrade();
/script RetrieveCorpse();
/script RepopMe();

This macro will accept all group invites, quest shares, trades and will release you to the graveyard and accept a resurrection once you return to your body.

Round Robin Macro:

#1: /castsequence reset=35 Thunderstorm,,,
#2: /castsequence reset=35 ,Thunderstorm,,
#3: /castsequence reset=35 ,,Thunderstorm,
#4: /castsequence reset=35 ,,,Thunderstorm

Have a group of 4 shammys? What this multiboxing macro will do is on the first press of your key for Thunderstorm, it will make your first character hit it. On the second press your second character will hit it and so on. Another example is if you have 4 mages you could also have Frost Nova on a round robin instead of using all at once.

My I.W.I.N Macro for Shaman:

/cast elemental mastery
/use [target=focus, exists, nodead][] Wrathful Gladiator's Mail Gauntlets
/castsequence [target=focus, exists, nodead][] reset=8 flame shock, lava burst, chain lightning

OK here's how this one works. First line we cast elemental mastery ready for our lava burst. Second line we are using Rocket Gloves on either the focus target or if no focus targets exists, our target. The last line is our cast sequence which again will be on our focus if one exists or our target if not.

In the cast sequence I first apply flame shock then cast lava burst which will be instant cast because of elemental mastery. We then finish off with chain lightning. The cast sequence is also set to reset every 8 seconds so that you can start casting it again once flame shock is off cooldown.

Note depending on your setup you may need to add another line at the beginning for assisting your main. If you use jamba add-on it may look like:

/click JambaFTLAssist

That particular macro I setup mainly for arena when I set my focus as my kill target so then my enemies cannot see who I will try to kill.
